The Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Mr. Adegboyega Oyetola, will preside over the foundation-laying ceremony of the Inland Dry Port in Ogun State on Friday, October 11.

The port, situated at Dry Port City in Soderu Village, Itori, along the Papalanto-Ewekoro axis, is part of ongoing initiatives to drive economic growth and industrial development in the Gateway State.

According to a statement by the Special Adviser on Media and Strategy, Hon. Kayode Akinmade, this event aligns with Governor Dapo Abiodun’s administration’s vision of enhancing economic growth and fostering industrialization across Ogun State.

The ceremony will see the participation of transportation experts, regulators, and policymakers, including representatives from the Nigerian Shippers Council, Nigerian Railway Corporation, Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC), Ogun State Shippers Association, freight forwarders, and other critical stakeholders.
