Hon. Adeniyi Ismail Oluwatosin, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ila Federal Constituency, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Chief Adebisi Akande on receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award from Independent Newspaper.
