The Federal Ministry of Youth Development, in collaboration with the Girls and Youth Re-integration Network (GYRIN) and UN Women, is set to celebrate International Women’s Day 2025 with a virtual discussion on gender equality and women’s empowerment.
Themed “FOR ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment,” the event will feature a panel discussion under the topic “Accelerate Actions: 30 Years After Beijing Process, Gaps and Emerging Issues in Advancing Women & Girls Right and Gender Equality.”
Among the distinguished speakers at the event is Hon. Rinsola Abiola, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Citizenship and Leadership, alongside other notable figures such as:
