The Ogun State Government has reiterated its dedication to implementing the resolutions of the National Council on Establishments (NCE), emphasizing core Civil Service values like accountability, meritocracy, professionalism, and efficiency.
At the 46th NCE meeting in Ede, Osun State, the Ogun State Head of Service highlighted the Prince Dapo Abiodun administration’s efforts to domesticate the Council’s resolutions.

Redesignation of Information Officer Cadre: Now known as Information and Public Relations Officer Cadre
Conversion of Cadres: From Executive/Superintendent/Technical to Professional/Officer Cadres
Enhanced Entry Points: For engineers (GL09) and Nursing Officers (Salary Grade Level 10-17 for BSc holders)
Adoption of Modern Technology: Digitization of confirmatory promotion examinations within the Civil Service
