President Bola Tinubu has appointed new leaders for the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) and the Department of State Services (DSS).
In a statement released on Monday, Presidential spokesperson Ajuri Ngelale announced that Tinubu has appointed Mohammed Mohammed as the new Director-General of the NIA, while Adeola Ajayi will now head the DSS.
Ngelale noted that these new appointments come after the resignation of Ahmed Rufai from the NIA and Yusuf Bichi from the DSS.
