In a recent e-letter made available to our correspondents via WhatsApp, Hon. Dr. Folasade Adeyemo, the immediate past chairperson of Odeda Local Government, has announced her intention to run for office again. 

Addressing esteemed party leaders, executive committee members, and respected party members, Adeyemo expressed her gratitude for the unwavering support and dedication received throughout her first tenure. She highlighted the journey marked by collaborative efforts, innovative initiatives, and significant strides towards local government development.

“The completion of this term has been a journey marked by collaborative efforts, innovative initiatives, and significant strides towards the development of our local government,” Adeyemo stated. She credited the successes in health, education, improved facilities, electricity, community light-up programs, and welfare programs to the shared vision and collective hard work of her team and supporters.

Announcing her candidacy for a second term, Adeyemo emphasized her continued resolve to serve the community and build on the foundations laid during her first tenure. “Together, I believe we can achieve even greater heights and bring about lasting positive change for all residents of our local government,” she declared.
