Former US President, Donald Trump has been injured by an unknown assailant while rallying supporters in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Trump appeared to fall as he was giving a speech. He was quickly surrounded by armed security and remained on the ground for about a minute.
Video appeared to show blood on his ear as he was taken away. The former president seemed to clutch the side of his head as he fell.
