Prominent Kalabari kingdom leader Asari Dokubo has shared about the individuals who supported him through a challenging period in his life.

Asari Dokubo claimed in a video posted to his Facebook page that Obasanjo once “buried” him alive, but that God’s intervention allowed him to survive.

He mentioned that several prominent figures, including Donald Duke, Goodluck Jonathan, and Bola Tinubu, supported him during this difficult time.

He highlighted Tinubu as being particularly supportive and instrumental in helping him overcome his struggles. Additionally, Asari Dokubo stated that former Governor Peter Obi offered him no assistance at all during his challenging times.

According to Asari Dokubo: “Obasanjo buried me alive but God resurrected me, and during that period, individuals like Bola Tinubu, Donald Duke, Goodluck Jonathan, and several others stood by me.

The most outstanding of them was Bola Tinubu. I don’t have any relationship with Peter Obi; he was not there in my hours of travails.”
