Activist and political analyst Atiku Abubakar has stated that President Bola Tinubu inherited a nation in turmoil, economically, politically, and in terms of security.

He made these remarks during an interview on Arise Television’s News Day, emphasizing that the president is on the right path and needs time to tackle the problems left by the former administration.

According to him: “The President, in my view, has done well. This is because he found a country in turmoil, economically, politically, and in terms of security. But he has managed to set things in proper perspective, though more is expected of him.

“In my opinion, the President is on the right track because he has shown himself to be a listening leader with the actions he has taken so far.

“His policies are well conceived, but in their implementation, some things could have been handled differently.

“The positive aspect is that the President listens, and any necessary corrections will be made because he has demonstrated leadership capacity so far.”
