Nollywood actress Eniola Ajao has explained her reasons for keeping her 21-year-old son, Ayomide Daniel, away from social media.

In an interview with celebrity journalist Seun Oloketuyi, Eniola disclosed that she was concerned revealing her son could impact her chances of finding a partner.

She noted that her decision to keep her son a secret was made even before she entered the movie industry, aiming to avoid the stigma often associated with being a single mother.

Eniola shared that she finally decided to unveil her son to the public after her colleagues perceived her as a “young girl.”

“It was a choice I made a long time ago, even before considering a career in the entertainment industry,” Eniola said.

“When I had him, I was worried that no man would want to marry me with a child, so I chose to keep it private. I kept many aspects of my life, including my son, out of the public eye.”
