Law Lee, a colleague of the beleaguered singer Naira Marley, recently made a derogatory comment about the late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Mohbad.
Mohbad passed away at the age of 27, on September 12, 2023, under circumstances that sparked significant controversy on social media.
In a recent Instagram post, Law Lee shared his growing disdain for Mohbad.
His comment came after Portable criticized Zinoleesky on social media for buying a Ferrari without releasing a hit song.
According to Law Lee, his dislike for Mohbad grows with each passing day, even after the singer’s death.
He claimed that Mohbad’s alleged negative comments about fellow artist Oniyide Azeez, known as Zinoleesky, led to a public dispute on social media involving controversial artist Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable.
Law Lee elaborated that if Mohbad hadn’t made critical remarks about Zinoleesky, Portable would not have reacted the way he did.
In his post, Law Lee wrote, “Every day my dislike for Mohbad keeps growing even after his death… If not for all those comments about Zino, why would this @portablebaeby dare to criticize him.. Fooooooooooool.”
Mohbad was a former artist signed to Marlian Music, the record label owned by Naira Marley, and he left the label in February 2022.
Following Mohbad’s death, the Lagos State Police Command established a 13-member special investigation team to probe the singer’s passing.
The investigation also led to the arrest of Naira Marley and controversial Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry, among others.
Both Naira Marley and Sam Larry had faced public backlash for their alleged mistreatment of Mohbad prior to his death in September 2023.
