Renowned DJ Obianuju Catherine Udeh, popularly known as DJ Switch, has been apprehended by the Nigerian Police Force, Lagos State Command, on charges of assaulting police officers.

The incident occurred at a police station in Elemoro, Ajah, where DJ Switch had gone to report an individual playing loud music.The situation escalated when DJ Switch demanded an apology from the individual in question, who refused, prompting the police to intervene.

Reports suggest that DJ Switch obstructed the police from carrying out their duties, leading to her arrest.

Despite DJ Switch’s denial of the arrest, citing false reporting and defamation of character, the Lagos Police spokesman confirmed her apprehension.
