Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele FNSE, the Deputy Governor of Ogun State, took the helm in representing H.E. Prince Dapo Abiodun CON at a revered international conference.

The event, organized by the Ogun State Government in collaboration with Olabisi Onabanjo University and Tai Solarin University of Education, pays homage to the distinguished Emeritus Professor Antony Asiwaju MFR.

Professor Asiwaju’s groundbreaking work in Comparative African History and Borderlands Studies has not only enriched academic dialogue but also left an indelible mark on discussions concerning boundaries and land management, both locally and globally.

During her address, the deputy governor conveyed the governor’s heartfelt gratitude to Professor Asiwaju for his outstanding representation of the state.

She also extended sincere wishes for his continued good health and intellectual vigor in the years to come.
