Presidential aide, Ajuri Ngelale, underscores President Bola Tinubu’s tireless dedication to the nation’s welfare, describing him as an “insomniac” who relentlessly works to uplift the country.
Ngelale reiterated this stance during an interview with ChannelsTV on Friday, March 29.
“He’s an insomniac, constantly engaged in the betterment of our nation. We fondly refer to him as ‘President No Sleep’ due to his unwavering commitment, which extends to those around him,” Ngelale remarked.
“From his tenure in Lagos, Nigerians have witnessed his hands-on approach, often touring infrastructure projects and ensuring public servants maintain punctuality.
“He is intricately involved, restless when idle, preferring to work late into the night and rise early. That’s the leader we’ve elected.”
Ngelale also lauded Tinubu’s attentive nature, highlighting his penchant for attentive listening during interactions.
“One aspect less known about him, from my personal experiences, is his exceptional listening skills,” he noted.
“He dedicates time to truly hear people out, analyzing presentations with a critical eye. He values diverse perspectives, offering constructive feedback and demonstrating remarkable attention to detail.
His intellect, diligence, and political will are the cornerstones of his leadership, guiding Nigeria toward its collective aspirations.”
In addressing national development, Ngelale emphasized Tinubu’s commitment to infrastructure across all sectors.
“President Buhari’s administration initiated infrastructural renewal with notable projects such as new international airports and high-speed rail lines,” Ngelale stated.
“However, recognizing the magnitude of our infrastructure deficit, President Tinubu is accelerating progress with a broader scope of projects.
This entails new power plants, dams, and irrigation systems to enhance agricultural productivity. Leveraging the Renewed Hope Infrastructure Development Fund, Nigeria aims to compete globally and foster economic growth for the benefit of all citizens.”
